Terms & Conditions — kirkya Platform Rules

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using kirkya.onl in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms may be updated from time to time; the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing kirkya on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you do so both in your own name and on their behalf.

To register and maintain an account on kirkya, you must satisfy each of the following conditions on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by kirkya.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by kirkya for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of kirkya or any affiliated entity.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. kirkya reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria have not been met.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kirkya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify kirkya support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kirkya may suspend your account pending investigation in such circumstances. Any transactions completed before a suspension notice is received will be treated as authorised by you.

All transactions on kirkya are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during support hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• kirkya reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000 in a single transaction or ৳50,000 in a calendar month.

kirkya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges; kirkya has no control over and bears no responsibility for third-party payment provider fees.

kirkya may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kirkya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party software to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in all gaming sessions unless the platform interface specifies otherwise.

Each game operates under the rules established by its respective provider and uses independently certified random number generators where applicable.

Sports betting odds and markets are determined by kirkya and may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. kirkya's settlement decisions are final. In the event of a technical error affecting a game or market, kirkya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players' account balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kirkya platform:

• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing.
• Exploiting software errors or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.

kirkya reserves the right to withhold payment, void bets, and close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, pending investigation. kirkya's determination in such matters is final and binding.

kirkya is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. All players aged 21 and above are entitled to use the following self-management tools available within their account settings:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kirkya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kirkya does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. kirkya takes reasonable technical precautions, including SSL encryption, to protect the security and integrity of the platform, but cannot guarantee absolute security of any online system.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, kirkya's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

kirkya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards kirkya staff or other players.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to kirkya, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the kirkya service, you should contact the support team in the first instance by email at [email protected]. Please include your account username, a clear description of the complaint, and any relevant evidence. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

kirkya's decision on any dispute related to betting, game outcomes, or bonus settlement is final. In the event of a technical error or discrepancy between the displayed game result and the result recorded on kirkya's server, the server record will take precedence.

kirkya reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kirkya will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date shown in the "Effective Date" notice at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of kirkya following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which kirkya operates. Any disputes not resolved through the complaints process described in Clause 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
